My current rate is $200 per 45 minute adult or child session. At times I can slide my rate as low as $150 per session for adult individual meetings. Please contact me to verify my current rates.

You may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out of network benefits for outpatient mental health treatment. In those situations you would pay me directly first and I would provide a receipt to send to your insurance company so they could reimburse you at whatever rate they may provide.

I am currently accepting in-network Blue Cross insurance for adult group therapy and at times have openings for individual adult sessions for those using in network Blue Cross. You can use the book online page to see if I have an opening for individual adult therapy covered by in network Blue Cross insurance.

If you are not using Blue Cross, the group therapy fee is $55 per 90 minute group session after one to three 45 minute consultation session(s)($95 each) to determine whether this is a good approach for you. With Blue Cross you are only responsible for your copay or deductible as determined by your plan for group or individual meetings.

Until one begins effective treatment, psychotherapy can often seem like an outsized investment. This can at times be related to our own general resistance to change, among other things. However, once a course of therapy is underway that is working, there are often few ways to measure it’s value.

Adult group therapy with a therapist trained in that specialty has been shown to be just as effective, if not more effective, for most types of psychological concerns. If you have interest in exploring this mode of treatment for adult therapy, consider scheduling a consultation appointment so that we can discuss the possibility further. There is more information on my group therapy page. As mentioned above, Blue Cross is accepted for adult group therapy.

Please contact me with any questions about fees or insurance as this issue can often be confusing. Thank you.
